If El Al was offered 25% of the company for $800,000, seems to me that puts a value of about $3.2 mill on the whole thing. Keep in mind they don't own the planes, they lease them, so the buyer is assuming a liability.
I doubt USXP even has the necessary credit rating to take over a lease that large.
