Seriously Todd, WTF. You file a form 10 to be a big boy reporting company, then the first 10Q report you have to file to be in compliance you can’t manage to file it? I thought you wanted to play with the big boys??? Your financial statements are not that hard, you hardly sell any product, I get it that the calculations to determine your derivative liabilities takes a 23 year old intern at the CPA firm takes a day to calculate, but its 47 days after quarter end.
