Exactly right. Capitalism isn't a perfect system. Many companies can and will take advantage where they can. And as much as we'd all like to think that these kinds of shady practices would be caught and punished....the fact is that the SEC simply doesn't have the man power to monitor every stock and pursue the bad actors.
