The UK now has an official Deep Cleaning protocol developed within the NHS and accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health. The nationwide rollout is supported by their "exclusive infrastructure partner" Tutum Health.

Pathisol is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tutum Health. They sell Pathisol Disinectant, which is HOCl. If you look at the Safety Data Sheet, you will see that Barry Burles is listed as the contact person for Tutum Health.

Who is Barry Burles? Well, he is listed as Director of PCT Europe, and on his website he clarifies that he is the Chairman. So, the contact person for Tutum Health's disinfectant is the Chairman of PCT Europe.
