Trustee was trying to get $3.7 million for the shell to cover the administration expenses. He thought he had a sweet deal until he discovered the creditors could come after him because the automatic stay would be lifted unless he switched IMNPQ back to Chapter 11. Shareholders would be wiped out in that scenario and Adeel wasn't having it.

Trustee dialed the SEC from the red phone. United blown up along with shareholders.
