You can’t be serious.
I think royalties and a share purchase would fall under "other cause" in the Bioamber proceedings and merit a reopening and it is NOT subject to a one year time limit. It is a provision in the Court documents. DOES NO ONE UNDERSTAND HOW BANKRUPTCY WORKS??!!??!!
