I think that's just a strategic way of keeping someone from doing a hostile takeover of your company, a poison pill so to speak!? If someone acquires 10% of your shares I believe they can take you over. Having a massive AS with the R/S hanging overhead keeps entities from doing these takeovers. I think I'm right on that, someone correct me if not!!?
