E-mail response from Rossi today regarding my question about the S-1 filing.

"It’s challenging to explain. Happy to get on a quick call with you to explain all of the matters.

In essence we are doing another offering to get into Nasdaq while appetizing institutions with the offering. This offering is institutional only. It’s a great position to be in."

His explanation as it stands is good enough for me. Institutional buyers are pushing Rossi to uplist. Yes, WKSP with it's product lineup in the solar sector has caught big money attention. That's my opinion. I didn't call him directly because I trust him to make solid decisions regarding dilutive activity for growth.

I'm excited! I think you should be as well. I still think the stock should be trading 50 - 1.00 right now!!
