Just reflecting on this 1st qrtr, I see TWO BIG accomplishments!
1: The Discover bad convertible debt they took in order to buy S800 was ended. Now they have favorable funding for growth and acquisitions going forward.
Rereading the 10Q in how they are realizing the loss from the Discover note and the value of it originally minus how much Discover kept for doing it in the first place. Appears the loss goes against that nice NOL. So that was a big accomplishment to get rid of the Discover note and have it reflected like that financially to help them later when they use the NOL to lower tax burden.
2: Then the other accomplishment was to run the stock to .01 and test how well it ran there, testing how well float is locked. Plus if its true there were $100k ask slaps .01 & above, we have investors waiting, as they can't buy it lower than .01.

So those are 2 big accomplishments, but I'd like to hear their pr statement on it.

Oh, & before I forget, the above is my opinion only instead of fact... well, actually it might be a FACT and there's a huge truth to what I just said. Take it or hate on it for what it's worth, its really that damn simple!
