I know I’m not missing this for nothing. Technicals alone are screaming as soon to be break out early next week. Look at that beauty down below. April 30 somebody bought a crap load, Basically got rid of all the resistance all the way to .03+

Now PCTL is set up for maybe some big announcements, oil and gas results this month, financials, maybe an update on the UK trial! And there’s maybe more.

This stock hasn’t gone anywhere in over a year, I feel it’s time as PCTL is now developing more.
