The original Cytovia was the one that Daniel Teper MD spin off from IMNPQ taking along all the IMNPQ's IP plus whatever else, whether he spin off from Cytovia into Cytovia Ther doesn't make any difference still, whether Cytovia merged into Cytovia Ther or not, IMNPQ's assets still there otherwise the Trustee wouldn't be wasting time with Cytovia or whatever... ! To refresh, Dniel Teper MD was a co-founder of IMNPQ.
