PATRICK,

IMO you ought to contact these folks who are in a different county than you, but close enuff.

https://legalassistancecenter.org/

Or contact legal aid volunteers from UMich or MSU law skools. They have students who will at least direct you to whatever legal resources might be available to you in Michigan in your area. You need to tell them you are disabled per a court finding, you are addicted to prescription opiate drugs as a consequence of your disability, and that others have advised you that you lack the mental capacity and competence to enter into the stock purchase agreement. Also about the conflict of interest by STEVEN MILLS and having paid him $2500 to represent you in this matter.

This is your next step. Take it NOW. If you cant figger ~OUTT how to contact the UMich and MichSt free legal clinics, just call the lawyuh skool main number and ask the receptionist for the CONtact info for that skools free legal aid clinic.

You might also ask these skools legal aid resources or even the placement office for the contact info for recent graduates who have been admitted to the MI Bar but who are currently in solo practice or non-law yobbs - one of those might take you as a starter/learner case ot pro bono. Butt you need to have a lawyer handling you (and ACCR, if that is possible). Even a very junior one who is looking for any legal work as a desperately hungry feral dawg does. They often are looking for any legal experience that they can obtain and then leverage that as they search for/pitch other clients. They must be graduates from the past 2 years and desperate. If you look, you will find them. These folks are desperate to gain experience and have nobody to teach them - so many of them take any interesting matter that they can get - and yours is an interesting situation that will give them good experience and learning. It is more interesting than a dog bite case or some workers comp claim bullshit. It will give them experience in business law, litigation, guardian/conservatorshup, competency, and some securities basics.

Have them read my posts on this board, your posts here, and your wacky 8-Ks. They will quickly gett the picture. You lack competence and really need a guardian/conservator appointed for you - they can work on that as well. This all goes together.

Remember, you are looking for very recent grads of UMich or MichSt law skool (2019, 2020) who are admitted in Michigan but are working solo or in non-law yobbs at his time. You might be able to get those names and contact info from the placement offices at those law skools - maybe. Ask the legal aid people about such newby lawyers who might take pro bono cases or will work on contingency only.

Once you have a lawyer, then I will have someone who I can correspond with regarding your situations and who will know (or can learn to) how to proceed and will be able to execute. You NEED an advocate.
