A large part of bankr is due to lawsuits hence the multibillion dollar opioid bankr and the primary company responsible will only end up paying a few hundred dollars for every million sue and most of that money has to go to programs to aid addiction treatment…however one would be a fool to re-invest w/ someone that ran a multibillion dollar comp into to the ground. don’t see any good out come for hf’s going into the future, their methods are becoming the same toxicity stigma as opioids addiction. the whole purpose of this movement is to get naked shorting to stop. it had to get so costly, not just financially, it’s not worth doing
