Can I simply express how tired I am of 'soon?'

KABOOM soon! News soon! Spydasilk soon! Polartec soon! Uplist soon!

Funny thing about soon. Never seems to get any closer. Not any sooner. Just a constant interval away, soon.

The sun will die soon. How could that be wrong, if we only take a cosmic scale of reference. Similarly, posters who claim events will happen soon can't be wrong, at least in the near term. News soon. Tomorrow? Next week? Next month? Next quarter? Soon covers them all.

We know that eggs arrived in late October. We know that, by March 10, KBLB indicated they were shifting from building up breeding stock to commercial production at Prodigy. 4 1/2 months just to rear sufficient breeding stock. Really only two reasons why it took so long. First, KBLB couldn't ship many eggs over to Vietnam. Second, they held off on production until the climate was favorable to rear silkworms.

More than two months later, we still have no news about production. Soon has had plenty of time to happen.

I'm afraid 'soon' is losing its luster. I no longer welcome it into my home. Sorry soon. Bye!
