This was fourth attempt to penetrate 75 mark and all failed, all ended in higher low.
If you know how to read chart than you know what it means. so we need bigger news to penetrate it. It could be all out middle east war, just thinking loud.
Other wise we could test previous new high.We were cols on intermediate buy signal long term change is not happen yet.
