Accountants nor BBRW can not fabricate numbers because if the SEC finds out, you can expect an order to shut down, suspend a license to practice and warrant of arrest. Fraud is a serious offense and they can go to jail for years. The company has a net loss is 2,637,758 this quarter and they only made $13K in sales. Worse part, they dont have working capital and they intend to raise more by selling more shares .
