What will it take for OPEN to be a 10 bagger from here? It will require close to $20B in yearly sales and a small net profit with positive cash flow, aka, a real company. At $20B in sales, that's only 1% of the residential real estate market in the US. Gross profit s/b $1.2-1.5B. I see them merging with a much larger company at that point.
