I'd like to clarify a false rumor that is spreading about NSAV in regards to any major dilution of its shares and that is the cause of the current price decrease. In the entire year of 2021, NSAV has issued less than 10 million new shares of its common stock. A little over 6 million shares were issued on April 5, 2021, which were the final conversion of a note that was issued many years ago. https://twitter.com/nsavtech/status/1393293123325988868?s=21

In addition and also in April 2021, approximately 2.6 million shares of restricted stock were issued. These shares are restricted for 2 years.
