Interesting that on OTCMarkets par value is 0.01 per share. Perhaps something is happening behind the scenes that we are not aware of it yet.

I do not want to miss a train or exit too early as I did with GG"I - was sitting on that one for nearly three years just to sell it way too soon. This company is similar, GG.I scared me with 75 billion ath shares, and their par value of .0001.

I will take my chances here instead. The chart shows improvement in the past six months and it gradually heading up, regardless of meaningless stops here and there (just an opportunity to add more).
