Let’s think about measles. Is there a cure for? (Like Rayadee may be for COVID). Is there testing for measles? (Like COVID). No, because their is a vaccine for measles. Isn’t there a vaccine for COVID? Why do we need a cure or testing? Maybe a cure would be a nice think to have, but isn’t having the vaccine the REAL meaningful answer. Think about it and think about what is Opko’s main source of income.
Let’s do the same analysis for polio, smallpox, the mumps, etc., doesn’t the vaccine solve the problem. Testing and a cure have and are been eliminated.
I wonder how long all the extra lab/testing employees that Opko hired will live off Opko when there is no testing income. Opko is know for its bloated payroll especially in management and on the BOD.
