Did Marlin whisper in your ear again after saying he spoke to Joe yesterday. Then you make a somewhat vague statement about something occurring with SPYR next week or thereafter and want so much to come off as a really professional or at least knowledgable investor. We know better. Don't we? Try to understand, many of us have been whispered to by Marlin for many many years, all attributed to Joe. Soooo you are somewhat transparent although this perception may not be accurate.

Most of us hold this stock and will only appreciate a tax loss carry forward. It could go up a little and we can get out. Therefore many just won't sell. Tax cover, worst, small profit the best no sense selling the stock. How much stock has Marlin sold after whispering. I don't know that to be true but something is afoot.
