Just got back in. Honestly I don't know, I can't say for sure one way or the other BUT the important thing is that the market has already factored in that there will not be revenues from that deal of 22.5 mm. I would say at the very least honeycomb and fingers did an exceptional job of scaring enough people out of their shares to bring the PPS down to pre announcement levels*** maybe I am giving them far too much credit here but they do put the effort into it daily. All hail the tag team.. whooooah.

Before I took off this morning I placed a buy order in hopes that honeycombs doom and gloom prediction came true and that we would leave the 2's and dip into the 1's by the end of todays trading. Well another wrong doom and gloom prediction. H did say to mark it.. so .. I marked it. lol. Sadly I didn't get my order filled and right now I really wish I had bought at the ask this morning. Now I have to wait until monday.

CEO Stitts was pretty cheery when I talked to him and I got the impression that all is and will be fine. He said that he would be coming out with announcements very soon and that was pretty much it. We talked about the Memphis deal and what a game changer type of a deal it is. We talked about the share price and also how a lot of the otc pink stocks have been declining in pps lately(I brought up that topic). Generally put it was a very productive conversation. He was optimistic on all fronts. I left the call and immediately bought more shares so I guess that says that I have pretty high confidence in the overall outlook.

When I spoke with Envision Works I never really got a solid answer on that. It could be because they were frustrated with all of the annoying calls by probably some very annoying people, I don't know.. But my take away with them was that the "latest deal that they were working out may be the one that is going by the way side and not the original deal. I really don't know. The person appeared to be a bit annoyed and so I just let it go without really nailing it down. Probably less than a 60 second call.

I hope this answers your question. sorry it took me so long to get back with you but I had a lot on my plate today with a tournament tomorrow. I will continue buying shares and I am very confident that 6 months/a year from now the rewards will be there in a big way and so I am not worried about short term noise. Worst case scenario the 22.5 mm deal goes south but that is already figured into the current share price *I reallly don't think that is going to be the case though. Just my opinions people
