You guys are wrong about this 30% number.

PYPR has 100%. We have 100%. Nothing has changed!

To illustrate - please tell me, in your scenario, what entity is receiving 70%, and what stock symbol are they trading under?

There is none. These percentages are nothing more than a public revelation of how the corporate structures are aligned, as previously mentioned by yashidashi in a post. This is a large and complicated organization, with many parts. But they all have one thing in common, PYPR is their stock symbol, and the PYPR stock price will be representative of 100% of the profits of the entire corporate structure.
