Congrats to all SFIO shareholders. Pink current is a BIG deal. I’ve had my reservations about how they went about this with a hundred letters and stuff. Did not like what happened with TAMG. But now that they’ve convinced the OTC we should accept it. The OTC knows more than any of us.

Two things to watch for going forward. First SFIO is still a shell and the company needs to send filings to remove the shell tag. That is usually possible only after the merger is complete.

Second the financial statements will have to confirm revenue. It’s not clear if we’ll get to see it any time soon as the merger is still pending. Possible that we’ll have to wait till Q3 for that to be posted.

In the meantime the share price is pure speculation. GLTA.
