What part of the court documents do you not understand?

It IS done for NATUF. The mines are GONE and the stock is worthless.

Even if the government is successful in finding a buyer for the mines, it has nothing to do with NATUF as NATUF no longer owns them.

NATUF shares will be cancelled at the conclusion of the bankruptcy, and anyone foolish enough to buy and own NATUF shares will lose 100% of their investment.
