If this is accurate

And there is no reason to doubt it,and they let some crooked stock promoter anywhere near this company the most charitable reading possible would be they didn't know. When you consider how they got taken for $500k by Building IQ due to bad DD it just looks like more incompetence. Whatever happened to the 2000 oil wells in Kuwait? Any revenue coming from their Chinese office with the windfarm guru that was made a VP? Now the stock is sub dollar after a 1/10 RS barely over a year ago. Not good.
