This is fantastic news, in that the shelf was for $5M and they only anticipate the need for 2.5 plus overage.
I fully expected that they would announce the retainder of an investment banker to help facilitate the sale/partnering of Androxal in Europe.
Now, let's see how fast they announce the completion, including over allottment. If it happens today or tomorrow, we'll know there were just throngs of hedgies and or MF waiting in the wings for larger positions.
All in all, this is great news and the overhang is gone.
