I told everyone that Pillsworth was filing fraudulent financials because CCTL didn't own 513/576 Bitcoin and that CCTL didn't have $800k in cash on hand.

Although Pillsworth knew they didn't own any Bitcoin or have $800k in cash he included them in the financials and when he finally filed on the OTCM - he had to retract the statement. And the CE was placed on CCTL.
