Let's say the settlement be completed by 5/27 , PPS up to 1.00 on the same day, after 5/27 we have to wait about 18 months to get CAFC appeal result, ( Same as MSFT) , for this long period, I predict PPS will bleeding down to .50 or lower. Like I did say this stock only looks good on the first good news day, I have paid attention on it for long time and it is true. I missed many chances to make profits, I should sell on the first good news day, but I didn't.
I plan to sell 50% of my position this coming PPS up. If CAFC won't turn it over. Chance to win at CAFC 50/50.Be caution!
