They said in January they were going to, or at least might. How often do companies give themselves permission to do it and not follow through? I didn't pull this out of thin air. As for the multiples....it means nothing for a penny stock. What matters is growth and outlook. It is obvious that they are lacking on both counts. If that changes I will buy back in. Until then I will watch and shake my head.
