Fan can't do what Frank did. QTN is shut down, no money left, any assets (like plasma TVs) "walked". What else is there to do? If he goes through with the deal with scammy Cinemax, imo he's an idiot. The Obion Group is just a train wreck waiting to happen. The only thing they have are two hot dog stands run by a guy who was snagged once by the Texas Securities Commission for selling unregistered securities. Now he's running a hot dog club which offers a "gift certificate" and "re-loadable" Visa gift cards. What's THAT all about? Hope you didn't send in your checks, Ron, I know you were eyeing up that disaster.
To top it off, Love posted paperwork that shows that his other "company" Love Resources and Exploration (remember ICEBERG HARVESTING???) was merged with the Obion Group under a new name. That should tell you about the integrity of the Obion Group and all their "enterprises."
