It was expected and now it's clear like water. Bernd Förtsch owns 32% of the company through Crowdex and TubeSolar, Johannes Kuhn 64% through BD1, but, Bernd has 89% of the votes so he has total control over the company.

The increase of the AS to be able to issue the shares to Bernd and Kuhn was also expected, and then the RS to restructure completely the SS.

Everything is very clear now. I knew all this, only not the exact numbers.
