Fact of the matter is, I don't think the building really matters with the stock price moving forward. That is considered an asset oh, I'm more interested in the business model, and any kind of business they have moving forward, not one particular building they may have acquired somehow at some point time. But since this stock has been beat down to just above the 52-week low, I just can't see this setting a new 52-week low. I think this thing will go up next week big time, judging by the way the charts look. But I guess we'll both know sooner than later
