First I stated 1 for 150 (one new share for 150 of your shares), I did not say 150 to 1.

Why a high ratio because of 5 billions plus shares, simple answer. There are companies that reverse split 1 for 1500 and higher polverizing shareholders.

I stated between .0015 to .0016, but added that it appears it won't drop that low, in other words, I will not be able to buy that low.
