I'm new here. Maybe somebody can summarize why this crashed 78% ?
Is there dilution of shares ?
OTC Markets said recently there was insufficient information about the company, but they just deleted that notice. And there is a letter from some lawyer concerning their reporting.
Are there still 11.6 million outstanding shares ?
Then that puts market cap around $ 23 mill. Which is a very low market cap ...
