Am I the only one that's concerned that we haven't heard from the CEO in like 3 years and that he has no mention of bringing the company current and changing the name to CZ products and switching everything over from ubqu.

Especially since there's no investor relations link on the website. We're like the only company that doesn't have it and I find that highly irregular and discerning.

I am worried that they are going to take all the assets from Ubqu put them into CZ products and leave an empty shell. With Ballas this is a very big possibility he has a long record over the last 20 years of companies going broke while he has made a lot of money at the expense of shareholders.

If you go to the ripoff report and put in James Andrew Ballas you'll see how his advertising company scammed people out of money prior to Ubqu.

There's only a little bit over 300 million shares left out of the 20 Billion that he/Beacon have that are convertible @ .0001
