I knew that the price of the stock would drop to .0018 cents and possibly .0016.

I am being extremely careful in accumulating shares. In an opinion they might be allowing the price of the stock to be attractive to get investors to buy the stock and the company would then take advantage of this executing a reverse split while they generate revenue.

Again, above is just an opinion and under no circumstances am I bashing BYOC, I believe they have a good product, but too many shares are hurting them, just an opinion.
