Lovely, I created a new board for CTAC, which is the blank check company about to merge with Kore Wireless in a deal that's supposedly worth over $1 billion when it is all said and done. "The fully diluted pro-forma implied enterprise value of the combined company is approximately $1.014 billion at the $10.00 per share PIPE price." https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CTAC/news/story?e&id=1837536

Note: Merger is expected to be completed summer of this year, but can fall through if certain criteria cannot be met or something is found in the DD by either party. There is risk here, this is currently a shell/blank check company, but it could all change for the better once merger goes through.
