It is also common sense. No company with over $300M in assets is going to hand over any equity ownership to the bagholders of a stinky pink shell company. That would be a monumentally stupid thing to do.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
