Jack, it is just the opposite. SBC is selling shares, thus the lower and lower price. If they were buying, the share price would be rising. To do the Virtua Broker deal, they need $300K more. SBC is doing it by selling some of the 2.5 billion they bought in Nov./Dec. SBC does not want to spend a panny of their own money, IMO. There is plenty of money in those shares they bought in the low trips and they are using it. They are playing a game of low share price vs uplisting. I believe they have calculated the share price will take care of itself after the deals are done and revenues are coming in. For now, they are letting NSAV "self finance". As they have seven more deals in negotiations at the present, it is difficult to say how long they will sell shares. This of course is all my own intuition and guess.
