This lawyer tricked me, and promised me a FORM 10.
I am a SSA Disabled person on heavy NARCOTICS daily for the last 4 years. I gave away my CONTROL BLOCK also on the condition that they merger a $100,000,000 USD China Marijuana Company into ACCR.
I could not understand, and did not understand the RUSH and the HASTE during the week of 3/14. JUDGE, there is an upcoming SEC Mandate and other events for small PINK NO INFO COMPANIES, and for all these reasons, I gave away my ACCR block....and even paid $2,500 to this lawyer to REPRESENT ME, JUDGE ----> I could not understand this JUDGE, and they tricked me, and they both lied to me, and they said "CONFLICT OF INTEREST" which I could not understand...I made a deal only for the sake of my beloved shareholders, and with the intention JUDGE that they were all in agreement to file the FORM 10.
