That's pretty much it, filings with really big numbers out of nowhere and suddenly bolted onto a stinky pink shell company with the shareholders/bagholders given equity ownership for free.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
