Apparently Hagen, in addition to helping write up bogus debt, was lying on financial reports as well, in regards to his salary and a $1.2M loan.
Interesting the vast number of people involved. Other than those named in the indictment, there are 8 co-conspirators and 8 Nominees that helped facilitate the sales.
It’s mind boggling how much money they were making off the backs of regular shareholders — writing bogus debt, issuing obscene number of shares for minimal debt, dumping shares via promo and then shifting funds from country to country and account to account — everyday from 2016 until their arrest. Meanwhile, threatening to have those unnamed nominees killed if they didn’t transfer the funds. It’s utterly diabolical.
