I was watching Level II for part of the day, I saw those Counterfeit shares being offered, they did knock down the share price, but not for long. I can't believe that they spent/added another 81 million shares to the short list, just to take a few pennies off of current S/P.

Those pennies saved today will give us dollars, or hundred of dollars later, perhaps as early as tomorrow.

Also, something to think about, CNBC might be ignoring AMC, but Goldman had to chat up a lot of deep pocket investors, we are going higher, then higher...
