IMHO we shouldnt be worry about the IND FDA approval we should be focused on the company's growth, market cap and REVENUES at this point. Everything Else is already a given.

The new merger is the right vehicle to take ESCOZINE to the open market in the US and give it exposure with new branding, endorsements and packaging.
