Yes it does, and for the last almost 6 weeks, the Q states IPIX has not been selling shares. No more dilution? Why?

1) Leo knows grant money is coming?

2) Leo has been informed quietly that if B for C results are good, there will be a EUA coming?

3) Leo has partnership offers on the table pending good results, and we should have top line results in the next few weeks?
