Yes, if it's not on the FINRA list then there is no dividend. That is why the whole thing with delayed ex-dates for distributions > 25% sucks, when FINRA and the company keeps quiet. I mean, people are supposed to figure out for themselves that today is not the ex-date because of special circumstances.
