I think BesaredXX on #3 makes sense. OR between 25m -40m.
3) best case they paid the 5% plus for past infringement equaling approx 50-60m adding $1 per share plus 5% ongoing annually. This puts us all sitting pretty. But I’m not sure they have that kinda lump sum so it might be agreed to be paid as an annuity. But still best case scenario.
