That is just someone wanting to sell some of their shares and they obviously had seen the bid and they sold into it, so, they can probably go chase something else with the funds! The majority of the shares if not all are owned by us investors that are waiting to get to know what company is merging into the EXLA ticker that boasts such a tiny share structure! A multi-dollar runner could be coming to us longs! I still see it as a load and hold for gold!
