the words "recent tanking" does not mean today...and it doesn't not necessarily mean market indexes. It could just mean the tanking of those shares other than ERHC which ERHC short sellers short.

Here's what we know about Canadian short sellers,

they cannot say that "there are no Canadian short sellers shorting ERHC" without qualifiers.
